that improves your core processes.
From the problemto the rollout.

We start with a conversation or an audit. Then we design, build and keep developing a solution that answers a specific need.

Artificial intelligence is widely available today, but its value depends on how it is used.

It is rarely about the model itself. What matters is where it takes data from, who is allowed to see it, how the system behaves when it gets something wrong, and how it fits into a team's daily work. Depending on the scope, we are responsible for analysis, architecture, rollout and maintenance.

Five areas we work in.

You rarely need only one. A project usually spans two or three, and we set the scope once we understand the problem.

Repetitive work leaves your team

We automate document, quote and ticket flows. We use AI where it improves quality or speeds work up. For decisions with material consequences we design a human approval step.

Make rollout decisions on verified information.

The audit ends in a document you can put in front of a board: what to improve, in what order and what it takes. The rollout is a separate decision.

  1. Goal and scope.

We agree on the problem, the outcome you expect, the people involved and the material we need.

  2. Process and data.

We talk to your team and look at how the work runs today: documents, systems, data and constraints.

  3. Options and risks.

We assess feasibility, the integrations required, the risks, the costs and the likely gains.

  4. Plan of action.

We rank the recommendations by value and difficulty, and say what to do first and what a rollout would take.

What you get after the audit

  • a picture of the process and its main problems
  • an assessment of data, systems and the integrations needed
  • recommendations ranked by value and difficulty
  • a plan for the next steps and an initial rollout scope

The audit does not commit you to a rollout with Aether. You receive a document that can serve as a basis for further decisions and for talks with the contractor you choose.

An AI community on Skool where non-technical people learn to build their own applications. We helped build and grow it, working on the learning path, the onboarding process for new members and technical support for their first projects. It now counts more than 700 people.

Our own product for analysing legal documents. The user uploads a contract, an NDA or a letter, a scan included. The system reads the text using OCR, analyses the document clause by clause, orders the findings by level of risk and can propose a change next to each clause. We use Aria on our own contracts, make it available to clients and adapt it to their processes and needs.

Our own product: CAD where a new part is described in words. The user writes a plain sentence about what they want to build, and AetherCAD turns that description into a 3D model shown right away in the browser. The model is parametric: dimensions are adjusted with sliders, with no redrawing. The result can be downloaded in formats for 3D printing and further work, or pulled straight into Fusion 360. A working version runs at aethercad.pl.

Team

The project is run by a team matched to its scope.

From the first call you know who leads the project and who owns each stage. Analysis, design, build and maintenance involve specialists matched to what the rollout needs.

We size the audit to the problem.

On the first call we agree how broadly we need to look for the recommendations to be useful. Before we start, we confirm the scope, the material, the schedule and the quote.

Questions before a project starts.

Briefly on the audit, the rollout, integrations and maintenance.

No. We can take over the maintenance and development of the solution and prepare your team for day-to-day work with the system. The scope of support is agreed before the rollout.
